Welcome to Vidnow (“Vidnow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Vidnow is operated by Beijing Youge Network Technology Co., Ltd., located at No. 796, No. 7 East Liulin Road, Sujiatuo Town, Haidian District, Beijing, China.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use the Vidnow mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”).
Vidnow is primarily supported by advertising and may allow users to access certain templates, AI-generation features, or creative tools by viewing advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. What Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Photos and Videos: Photos, images, videos, and other media files that you upload, import, or create through the App for AI video generation, face transformation, motion transfer, creative effects, or related features.
- Face and Image Data: If you use features that analyze a face in an image or video, we may process facial features, face position, facial landmarks, or similar technical information needed to provide the requested transformation. We do not use this information to identify you or authenticate your identity.
- Generated Content: AI-generated videos, images, previews, thumbnails, and other content created from your uploaded media and selected templates.
- Account Data: If account registration or login is available, we may collect information such as your email address, user ID, username, nickname, profile information, and account creation details.
- User Content and Interactions: Content you submit through features such as likes, feedback, reports, template requests, “Make a Wish” submissions, or community interactions.
- Customer Support Information: Information you provide when contacting us, including your email address, message content, attachments, and other information necessary to respond to your request.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including the features you access, templates you view or select, generation attempts, session duration, interaction events, rewarded-ad events, and crash or error events.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system and version, App version, language, time zone, country or region, device settings, and mobile network information.
- Technical and Diagnostic Information: Log data, crash reports, performance information, request identifiers, and other technical information used to maintain and secure the App.
- Network Information: IP address and related network information may be processed when necessary to provide the Services, deliver advertisements, prevent abuse or fraud, protect the App, or comply with legal obligations.
- Advertising and Interaction Data: Information related to advertisements shown in the App, such as ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded-ad completion events, ad placement, and similar interaction information.
- Advertising Identifiers: Where permitted by applicable law and platform requirements, advertising or attribution providers may process identifiers such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google Advertising ID (“AAID”), or similar device identifiers.
- Approximate Location: Advertising or security providers may infer a general geographic location, such as country or city-level location, from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location for advertising purposes unless a specific feature requires it and you separately authorize access.
- Local Storage Information: The App may store certain preferences, cached content, login information, generation task status, advertising reward status, or media references locally on your device.
1.3 Permissions
Depending on the features you use, Vidnow may request access to:
- Your photo library or media files, so you can select media for processing.
- Your camera, if you choose to capture a photo or video within the App.
- Notifications, if you choose to receive generation status updates or other App notifications.
- Tracking permission on Apple devices, where required under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework for advertising or attribution purposes.
You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if the required permission is denied.
Where available, we use system-provided photo or media selection tools so that you can choose the specific photos or videos you want Vidnow to access.

- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Our service providers are authorized to process information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or our instructions.
